RC Tournaments in Spain

There are a lot of remote-controlled car tournaments organized in Spain, where you will be able to learn how to get the most out of your car.

In other articles, we comment on some of the radio control car tournaments that are currently being held.

There are 11 different types of modalities. You can choose the one that you like or suits you best. You can enjoy sharing your hobby with other people there.

To be able to participate in these RC car tournaments, the first thing you need to know is that they are all organized and coordinated by AECAR, which is also in charge of granting the licenses to participate.

If you want to know where and when these tournaments take place, keep up to date with the dates of the Spanish Radio Controlled Car Association.

AECAR is the Spanish association of radio controlled cars.

At the beginning, our recommendation is that you sign up for regional as this is the best way to get started and they are more likely to be held closer to where you live.

There you will be able to meet other fans and test yourself!

Next, we show you the areas of Spain where tournaments are held:

  • South of Spain: especially in Andalusia, where the love of the world of remote-controlled cars is very widespread.
  • Northern Spain: specifically in the areas of La Rioja, Navarra, the Basque Country, Galicia, Cantabria and Asturias.
  • East and West of Spain: tournaments are organized in Aragon, the Balearic Islands, Catalonia and Valencia.
  • Central Spain: Basically  in Madrid.

If you want to go further and participate in competitions where the level of the participants is higher, then we advise you to sign up for the national tournaments.
